2007

Well, hello! Welcome to April! It was a busy month. Getting bunkbeds was one of my highlights.
Of course, getting it all home in the car proved to be a challenge…

This month I also got to travel to Iowa to see my great grandmother. I went up there with Mom, Dad, Levi, Mama, and Papa to celebrate Dad’s 40th birthday. Click here to see a whole page devoted to his birthday celebration.

Uncle Chris came to visit late March/ early April. He and Mom came to visit my school. Sorry, Chris is playing shutterbug and not in the photo.

In celebration of Easter, we painted these big eggs at school. Obviously they came from ostriches.

Dad had a little reunion with Vicki, a college friend he hadn’t seen in ten years. I had fun showing her daughter Gianna how to play baseball. We also went to Wonderscope (at left) and Deanna Rose Farm together.

Other highlights this month included going to a Three Billy Goats Gruff play (at right, I’m acting out the play) and an indoor camping trip. For the latter, we had a picnic in our living room (of hotdogs, of course) followed by smores cooked over a candle. Then Dad and I slept in a tent inside!

Quite the busy month! Plenty of places to go, people to see, and things to do!
Tune in next month at this same Bat Time, same Bat Channel.
