September 2, 2008: Levi’s 1st Day of Preschool
Today was my first day at Village Preschool. Evan went there three years; this is my first year. However, I did go to a parents’ day out program at the same church last year. It wasn’t part of the preschool, though.
Debbie (left) and Julie (right) are my teachers. They are the same teachers Evan had for two years, so I already knew them and they already knew me.
I was a little nervous, but I went right in and sat down in circle. Mom and Dad both came with me for my first day, but they didn’t stay long. I was ready to play and didn’t cry or even beg them to stay when they left.
Here’s another picture of me in circle, but it gives a better look at the whole room and some of the kids I’ll be in preschool with this year.
Here I am after Daddy picked me up. What do you think? Does it look like I had a good first day?

Of course, I played in the house area with the food and dishes. That’s my favorite activity at home as well. I also drew a picture in the art area of a sun. Art is probably my second favorite activity at home, so this was no surprise either.

Well, there are bound to be more tales to come, but that’s all for now!
