Topsail Beach, May 2006

Well, hey there! Welcome to our Topsail Beach 2006 page.

This was Levi’s first trip to the beach and Evan’s second. We won’t even count how many times Mom has been here; it was a favorite family vacation spot for years when she was growing up.

It wasn’t just the four of us, though. Grandmommy Shirley also joined us…

Mom’s friend Jodie, or Aunt Jo Jo, also joined us. Too bad we never have any fun with her (ha ha).

We did the standard beach fare kind of things, like burying feet in the sand and building sand castles.

There were also less conventional activities, like surfing without the water.

There was plenty of time for silliness.

---

And, of course, there’s the natural beauty of the beach that simply can’t be beat.
