Well, here we are firmly into winter. I decided to be completely unique and celebrate the snow with shoveling and building a snowman. Okay, okay. It’s not original – but I’m 4 – I’ve only done these things a handful of times in my life and, while shoveling may lose its appeal by adulthood, who doesn’t have fun making a snowman?
Of course, winter means plenty of indoor time as well. Here I’m helping to make brownies. The best part, naturally, is the “clean up” process afterwards when it becomes necessary to making the cleaning of the mixing bowl a very “hands-on” experience.
There’s also time for imaginative play, such as the adventures of the “Super Bowl” Hero and his sidekick (blame Dad for the pun) and some quality block building time.
…Oh, and a litte mask making. I’m an owl, in case you can’t tell.
Well, that wasn’t much for January, but there’s always more adventure in the next month for HOO ever is up for it. (Once again, Dad is at fault for the bad pun. I take no responsibility for his humor whatsoever.)
