For Father’s Day, I made Dad this placemat. Dad and Levi and I also got shirts that said “Big Guy” and “Little Guy.” Aside of celebrations, though, what really beats some quality lap time reading a book?
I also was very excited that Grandmommy Shirley came to visit. We made applesauce together, which is one of my favorite things to do with Grandmommy Shirley.
While she was here, she got to see a couple of my big summer activities. She got to visit my preschool summer program and see me in a talent show. She also got to watch me play tee ball.
This month, I took an official “big boy” step in graduating from the cute animal wallpaper border in my room to a room painted with a space theme. I had lots of fun playing with paintbrushes and such, so Dad had me pose with the brush as if I was painting on a wall I wasn’t supposed to.
As far as toys go these days, I can’t get enough Peter Pan, as evidenced by my new Captain Hook pirate ship.
On that note, to play us out…
What? Don’t you see Peter Pan playing accordion in his pajamas everyday?
