Hello! Welcome to October. Of course the big excitement this month is Halloween. We had a couple celebrations. At left, Levi and I are taking second place in a costume contest. I liked the pirate costume, but by Halloween, I’d shifted gears to a Peter Pan costume and begged Dad to dress up as Captain Hook. |  |
| In the spirit of pirates, I donned my pirate hat for a trip to the Renaissance festival the weekend they had a pirate theme. |  |

That was a full family outing, but just Mom and I went to the local Shawnee Indian Mission festival. |

| Mom and Levi and I also went to a pumpkin patch with our church playgroup. They had lots of fun activities! |
