2004

Hello, all! December was a busy month, even if it weren’t for Christmas. In mid-December, Mom, Dad, Grandma, Grandpa, Uncle Mark, Aunt Liz, and I all trekked up to Iowa together in a rented SUV to celebrate my great grandmother’s 90th birthday.
Great Grandmother did pretty well getting around – she even got down on the floor to play blocks with me. However, she had a fall while we were there and ended up in the hospital. That led to her deciding to move into an assisted living facility, which she was actually very excited about, so it worked out well in the end.

Once in awhile, I actually watched football with Dad. Of course, it is much more fun to play.

In an effort to keep myself multi-faceted, I spread my interests out. Here my friend Andrew McCall and I are dueting on…well, let’s just say it’s an original piano composition.

Another favorite pastime is working on the computer. Here I am working on my Website so that all you fine people can keep up to date on all my endeavors.

Of course, there was that little matter of a couple Christmas celebrations at the end of the month. Earlier in December, I celebrated with traditional activities such as visiting Santa and baking cookies. Christmas itself was spent in Minnesota with the Gunn clan at Aunt Jennifer’s and we had a Whitaker family celebration here at home. Click on the buttons below to see more.
