The puppies next door were also still a highlight this month (there’s a couple photos back in January). At the left, our neighbor Mary is holding all four puppies while I instruct her to smile for the camera.

Dad also broke out his favorite toy – marbleworks – in the hopes that I was old enough not to put the marbles in my mouth. It’s a pretty fascinating toy – and, so far, no small colored balls have made their way into my diaper. |
| Well, it was also time for my first official haircut. I’d had a trim at home before, but this was my first time up in the big chair with a bill at the end. I sat very still and wasn’t sure what to make of the experience. |  |
| I think, however, I’ll get over any trauma it may have caused.
