April made for a lot of celebrations – and my birthday isn’t until next month! There was Dad’s birthday, Papa’s birthday, and Easter. I definitely like celebrating birthdays – these balloon things are pretty fun to play with.
Easter was a bit more confusing. I’m still trying to figure this out – okay, you give me an egg. But I can’t eat the egg. However, you put stuff inside the egg that I can eat. Tell me again, why can’t I eat the egg?
Dad and Evan and I trekked out to Lee’s Summit to go to a place called Tunnel Voyage. They had lots of fun things to do!
We also made a trip out to Deanna Rose farm – who knows how many times we’ve been there. You can see more than a few visits documented throughout my web pages and Evan’s. It’s always fascinating to see the animals, though!
On the development front, I can now pull myself up and stand and cruise. I’m not sure about the walking thing yet – I move along pretty quickly with crawling. I may stick with that still awhile.
As always, I’m a pretty happy kid. Mom and Dad keep me entertained pretty well.
Not that they don’t sometimes do things that may be more for their amusement than mine…
